Welcome to the Peak Physical Therapy website.  We are located in Cupertino in the Oaks Shopping Center across from De Anza College and are independently owned by physical therapists.  We are committed to providing our patients with the best and personal care possible in a positive and patient-centered environment.  We are contracted with several insurance companies and gladly accept out-of-network benefits for most insurances.  Please contact us for additional information and help.
