Welcome to Peak Physical Therapy. We are located in the South Bay Area and are independently owned by physical therapists. Our staff is committed to providing our patients with the highest quality care possible in a positive and patient-centered environment. All rehabilitation services are delivered by highly trained therapists with many years of experience. We believe in individualized treatments using advanced techniques and equipment applied by licensed physical therapists, not by aides. We strive to deliver compassionate treatments suited to each patient’s needs and their individual goals. Peak Physical Therapy is a preferred provider for most insurance companies and Medicare and we gladly accept out-of-network benefits.
We offer our services at two convienient locations: 10580 South De Anza Blvd., [ New location effective June 2010, behind AQUI's, Cupertino ] 525 South Drive.
