Lori Wong, OTR,CHT

Lori graduated with honors from Dominican University in 2000 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has also taken many graduate courses from San Jose State University in Human Factors Engineering and Ergonomics. She has worked in a variety of hospital and outpatient settings in the South Bay, focusing on the specialty area of hand therapy since her graduation. She has also served as an ergonomic consultant to USF, as well as, other private companies in Northern California.

In 2006, Lori earned her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. The Certified Hand Therapist credential offers assurance to the public that the therapist has achieved the highest level of competency in the profession and stays up to date with practice within the field

She enjoys the challenges of assisting her patients to maximize their hand function through the use of manual therapy, patient education, custom splinting/taping and the development and progression of individualized home programs
